CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Reformer Mixed Level Ideal for experienced beginners and those who want a safe and effective class experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment so that you can get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced. This class is ideal for all fitness abilities, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness. Reformer Mixed Level is a fun and moderate level class designed to progress your practice as you work on strength, coordination, and balance.
Reformer 1 This is the perfect beginner class for a safe and effective experience and to build a solid Pilates foundation. Focus on form and alignment so that you can get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced. This class is ideal for all fitness abilities, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness.
Reformer 2 In this class, you will start exploring more precise and dynamic exercises. Class tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady class flow. Intermediate exercises and coordinated movements are introduced, along with progressions and balance and stability challenges to give you a more demanding workout. This class will fully challenge the body and mind.
Reformer/Springboard Combo A complete 50 minute workout that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. This class fuses the athleticism of contemporary Pilates with the refinement, technique, and structure of classical Pilates. Class will be taught using a combination of the reformer, springboard and various props. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Lunch Break Reformer Recharge your afternoon with a dynamic reformer workout. This all-levels class blends strength, mobility, and core work to wake up your body and clear your head. Perfect for fitting mindful movement into a busy schedule.

Pilates Mat Class In Studio & Livestream This 50 minute class incorporates bands, balls and light weights to challenge stability and to increase muscle recruitment with exercises that will tone, strengthen, and elongate muscles.
Tai Chi Easy™ This gentle, yet effective practice is perfect for anyone looking to improve their overall well-being—whether you’re managing chronic pain, dealing with stress, or simply want to feel more balanced and energized.
Stretch, Limber & Lengthen Hit the reset button on tight muscles with this refreshing and revitalizing stretch class. Designed to enhance flexibility, release tension, improve posture, and boost circulation, this gentle yet effective session leaves you feeling lighter, looser, and more balanced. Perfect for all fitness levels—come unwind, recharge, and move with ease!
