Our stretch professionals have extensive training in anatomy and kinesiology. We stabilize your body and work with your reflexes for a truly beneficial stretch, customized to your body requirements and goals to help you move efficiently and effortlessly. Whether sitting at a desk, standing long hours, or working on your golf swing, Pro-Stretch sessions will help you find your way out of pain and into free movement. Pro-Stretch 30

This is a great option for our clients that might not have enough time in their schedule for a full 50 minute stretch or to tag on to a Pilates session for a sweet ending!

Pro-Stretch 50

This session is a full body stretch including targeted myofascial release with more time to focus extra attention on the areas you need.

 

Benefits of Stretching for Midlifers

Muscles and joints weaken and range of movement deteriorates as we age. There are many health benefits of assisted stretching. Assisted stretching improves flexibility and posture, manages lower back pain and arthritis, increases circulation and overall range of motion, reduces joint pain and risk of falling, increases energy levels, reduces feelings of stress and tension, and gifts a greater quality of life and healthy aging!
